Description of Promotion
Tournament Challenge has no entry fee and is available as advertised in the Tournament Challenge section.
The available prizes are displayed in the Tournament Challenge section. Leaderboard positions will be determined by a points scoring system for correct selections and may be subject to a shared prize-pool, should the number of entrants dead-heating for a specific leaderboard position, be greater than the prize-pool places available for that position.
Matchday leaderboards will be offered for Matchday 1, 2, 3 & the Round of 32 and are in conjunction with the Overall leaderboard to determine the maximum prize value (capped at $250,000) that can be won. Payouts for the Matchday leaderboard are processed after the relevant Group Stage Phase (Matchdays 1-3) and the Round of 32 are complete. The Overall leaderboard will be processed once the final game of the tournament is complete.

Promotion Period
Tournament Challenge is open for entry on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Entries for Tournament Challenge will close at kick-off of the World Cup Final on Sunday, July 19, 2026. Entries can be edited or reset pre-match only. Once a fixture is Live, no changes can be made for that fixture.
Entries for each matchday and round will be open on the dates listed below:
Matchday 1 – Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Matchday 2 – After the final game on Monday, June 15, 2026, finishes.
Matchday 3 – After the final game on Sunday, June 21, 2026, finishes.
Round of 32 – After the final game on Saturday, June 27, 2026, finishes.
Round of 16 – After the final game on Friday, July 3, 2026, finishes.
Quarter-final – After the final game on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, finishes.
Semi-final – After the final game on Saturday, July 11, 2026, finishes.
Third Place Play-off and Final – After the game on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 finishes.
Eligibility
Tournament Challenge is only available to customers aged 21+ (18+ in Kentucky). You must be physically located in the state of Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (permitted parishes only), Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee or Virginia in order to participate in Tournament Challenge.
Customers who have previously been informed they do not qualify for promos will not be eligible for this competition. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers/promotions and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.
Action Required
You participate in Tournament Challenge by making selections to correctly predict the outcome of the tournament. Entry is also available for Matchday leaderboards which will be applicable to Matchday 1, 2, 3 as well as the Round of 32. You are able to manually select your selections or use Make an "Auto Pick" option, that will auto fill selections.
Claiming Promo
There is no claiming required for the cash or Bonus Bets prizes.

Limitations on Participation
Entry to Tournament Challenge is separate from standard bet placement and all bet365 promos do not apply.
Only one entry is permitted per person. bet365 monitors the use of multiple accounts by the same individual or group. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an individual(s) has submitted multiple entries either by themselves or in collusion with a group of people then all entries for that individual(s) will become null and void.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering
Customers can choose whether to wager using cash or Bonus Bets. To use Bonus Bets you must manually select “Use Bonus Bets” on your Bet Slip in order for them to be used before deposited funds when wagering.

Tournament Challenge is applicable to games played in the World Cup.
Restrictions on Withdrawal
Your Bonus Bets will be held in your account balance and are non-withdrawable.
For payment of large prizes, winners may be contacted directly by bet365.
Your account may be subject to standard verification checks prior to withdrawal of winnings from a Tournament Challenge prize.
Any prize money will only be returned to the named account holder.
Cancellation
The Tournament Challenge feature is available at the discretion of bet365 and bet365 makes no guarantees regarding its availability. bet365 will not be responsible if the Tournament Challenge feature is not available for technical reasons.

Other
In the event of postponed matches, original selections will be valid as long as the postponed match(es) is played at an alternative time/date as part of the scheduled matches, meaning the competition is completed in full.
If, in the event of abandoned matches, the official governing body provide an official result for a specific un-played/incomplete event(s) and/or advance teams in the case of un-played/incomplete events, then this will be used to determine settlement.
In the event of abandoned matches, resulting in the tournament being incomplete, then selections will be settled as no action.
The outcome of final standings/order; will be determined by the official governing body of the specific tournament.
